As a Bonus Action while wearing the cloak, you can speak its command word to transform your outfit into finely crafted garments appropriate to the culture of one creature of your choice that you can see. Regardless of its appearance, the outfit can't be anything but clothing. Although it can duplicate the look of other magical clothing, the outfit doesn't gain its magical properties.
